Our fee structure for first charge mortgages is market leading - it is simple and fair.

Your clients can access specialist lenders via TFC Homeloans and you can give them options based on what will suit their situation. Our first charge options apply to both residential and buy-to-let mortgages. 

OPTION ONE - LOW COST

Your client will pay an upfront £195 application fee to TFC Homeloans. You simply add your advice fee on top and we also pay excellent rates of commission.

OPTION TWO - NO UPFRONT FEES

Your client will pay a completion fee of £495 to TFC Homeloans. You simply add your advice fee on top and we also pay excellent rates of commission.

We have a brand new fee structure for second charge mortgages!

TFC Homeloans has a brand new fee structure for second charge mortgages, ensuring both you and your client are well looked after. There are two options - simply choose the most suitable one!

OPTION ONE - LOW COST

  • Your client will pay an upfront £195 application fee to TFC Homeloans and will need to pay their own valuation fee.
  • TFC will charge £1,995 on completion of the mortgage where we will pay you £1,000, along with our standard lender commission (typically 1%). Click here to see an example.

OPTION TWO - NO UPFRONT FEES

  • Your client will not pay any upfront fees to TFC Homeloans.
  • TFC will charge £2,995 on completion of the mortgage, where we will pay you £1,000, along with our standard lender commission (typically 1%). Click here to see an example.

Our fee structure for standard bridging is market leading and we have packaged bridging deals that have completed in a matter of days.

Your clients can access specialist lenders via TFC Homeloans and you can give them options based on what will suit their situation. These fee options apply to standard bridging applications. If your bridging requirements are complex they will fall under our specialist team for complex lending.

OPTION TWO - NO UPFRONT FEES

Your client will pay a completion fee of £495 to TFC Homeloans. You simply add your advice fee on top and we also pay excellent rates of commission.

If your clients requirements are complex and require more specialist support, TFC Homeloans has a team that may be able to help. This team deal with complex bridging, commercial and development deals.

In respect of commission splits, on the more complex deals the Specialist Team would agree the total revenue with you at the outset for complete transparency (procuration fee and broker fee combined) then split this with you 50/50 on completion (or 25% if you simply wish to refer rather than advise).

TFC’s Specialist Team charge application fees as follows:-

  • Commercial/Complex (Term or Bridging) £495
  • Developments £995

If you are regulated by the FCA and would simply like to introduce business to us so we become the broker of record, you will still receive commission. On packaged cases we split the commission with you 50/50. To find out how much you can earn on introduced business please click here.
